About Calmer Soul Yoga
My hatha yoga and meditation classes are designed to teach students techniques that will help them live better every day. Whether it’s learning pranayama (breathwork) to calm the nervous system, practicing meditation to clear and focus the mind, or using asana (physical poses) to stretch, strengthen and soothe the body.
Yoga and meditation have been invaluable tools in my life. They’ve helped me through periods of intense stress, trauma, uncertainty and even depression. The benefits are endless!
My decision to train as a yoga and meditation teacher was driven by my passion to share the gifts of these ancient practices with as many people as possible - helping you live the most fulfilling life and become the most authentic version of you.
I teach yoga, breathwork & meditation classes, meditation masterclasses, 1-1/small group personalised tuition, outdoor classes in summer (in a beautiful, nature-filled private space), as well as bespoke corporate sessions for employee wellbeing.
